Compassionate Integrative Counselling Approach
I offer counselling for adults and young people. As well as utilizing a Person Centred approach I also use Psychodynamic approach. This allows us to look into your childhood and past experiences. My aim is to help you uncover unwanted patterns and behaviours that may be holding you back. By fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, we can work collaboratively to identify pathways for change and personal growth. While I won’t provide direct advice, I will support you in discovering the answers that lie within you.
I work with both short-term and longer-term concerns, and together, we will identify what you wish to focus on during our sessions. My approach is flexible, allowing us to adapt our work as your needs evolve.
Sessions
Personalized sessions are tailored to help you manage relationships, overcome challenges, and improve well-being. Each session lasts 50 minutes. You are free to explore your concerns in a safe space. In the first session we will get to know each other and identify your reasons for pursuing therapy. We will discuss your goals and what you wish to achieve out of your therapy sessions.
